WELCOME TO POST!

by now we don't think we really need to go in depth about the rules. all the basic rules apply for this community, as they do for every other. no harassing other members. no taking ooc/ic. no bullying. no god-modding. no blurring. if you violate any of these rules you may be removed without warning. keep in mind, there are bound to be those that dislike each other and tonation over messaging gets misconstrued a lot. if you don't like something that someone says, ignore it or address the person maturely and privately. simple as that. we're all here to have a good time and enjoy a game. while we're not here to police members, we do want our members to feel comfortable bringing any issues to our attention. please leave any issues here. IN CHARACTER CONFLICTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO BE HANDLED IN CHARACTER. we do have an optional group chat on wire where members can interact as well as conduct their own social activities (games, plugs, movie/tv show viewings). activity posts and removals will both take place on sunday, unless noted by the mods. intros should be posted in the main comm and must be done within 72 hours.

ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS

there are two ways to be considered active: 1. updating your own journal every two weeks with something (anything your little heart desires) or 2. participating in the weekly activity post at least once every two weeks. every week, the mods will post an activity on the friends page. if you do not wish to update your own journal within the current two week period, you can comment one of the two most activity posts. the choice is up to you. this way we can ensure the members we have are actively participating.

GROUP CHAT

we are trying something a bit differently than most other communities out there. we want as much of a drama-free group chat atmosphere as possible. in order to do this, we are prohibiting members from adding/removing members from the group chat. there is a mod wire username that will add and remove members with each round of adds/removals. if you'd like to leave the group chat temporarily, please comment here so a mod can remove you until you wish to return. when you are ready to be re-added, just comment this same post to get added on the next round of adds. we are fine with self-removal from the group chat however if we see you have removed yourself from the main group chat, we will take that to mean you are removing yourself from the chat for good. of course, the group chat is completely optional to begin with. this rule is primarily in place to prevent members from frequently leaving and joining, which can disrupt the group chat flow. failure to adhere to this rule could result in removal from the community.

APPLYING

we ask that all journals be ic and not contain any added letters, underscores, or numbers. please check the taken list before you apply to ensure that the role is open. please have a friends only and screened post up. this is an invite only comm, so please let us know in your app who referred you. there are no challenges or holds at this time. WE strongly encourage DISABLing ANONYMOUS COMMENTING ON your JOURNALS. NO ANONYMOUS COMMENTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY OR DURING COMMUNITY-WIDE ACTIVITIES. adds will take place on a rolling basis, but none will take longer than 48 hours. we reserve the right to deny any application we feel may not be a good fit for the community without explanation.
